Attendees and Exhibitors are welcome to arrange for individual meetings in the Congress Hall during opposed hours when the hall is closed for regularly scheduled activities.

Booth selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. Based on the date your contract is received, we will share a copy of the floor plan, which will indicate which booths are currently available. You will then be able to make your selection.
Please note that booth carpeting, drayage, lighting, phone/internet service, audio/visual rental, and other services are not included in the exhibitor package.
